Buyback Program

Program Overview:

At M-Store, we understand the importance of staying at the forefront of technological advancements in laparoscopic surgery. Our Buyback Program has been created to facilitate the seamless transition to a higher version of the EndoVision Camera System while providing you with a fair and advantageous buyback value for your existing camera.

Eligibility:

• Cameras under warranty are eligible for a 100% buyback value based on the final invoice if in working condition.
• Out-of-warranty cameras will undergo evaluation by our engineer to determine the buyback value based on the final working condition.

Buyback Value Calculation:

• Cameras under warranty: 100% buyback value based on the final invoice.
• Out-of-warranty cameras: Buyback value determined by our engineer after assessing the working condition, faults, or damages.

Upgrade Policy:

• Customers can avail the Buyback Program when upgrading to a higher version camera.
• The upgraded camera must have a value higher than the original camera under our AD-HOC Policy.
