We offer a 7-day clinical trial period upon delivery. If the equipment does not perform to your satisfaction in the OT, you can return it for a replacement or a refund, subject to our standard inspection and restocking terms.
What happens if the equipment needs repair after the warranty period?
We offer Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and on-demand biomedical repair services. Our dedicated service center handles repairs for cameras, scopes, and cables with a quick turnaround time.
Do you provide backup units if my system needs repair during the warranty period?
We understand that your OT cannot stop. For critical failures covered under warranty, M-Store MedSurg strives to provide a standby loaner unit (subject to availability) while your primary device is being serviced at our biomedical facility.
